The Role:

• Provide professional and friendly customer support through telephone and e-mail
• Work closely with colleagues from local team and other company sites to provide excellent services to clients
• Meet monthly target
• Report activity to direct manager
• Initiative in improving the process

Salary & relocation package:

 

·         Attractive salary of 1700€ / gross month

·         1 month of paid training

 

Candidate Requirements:

 

·         Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken)

·         Fluency in English (written and spoken)

·         Fluency in German (written and spoken)

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Excellent reading comprehension skills

·         Customer service experience an advantage

·         Very Good Networking and PC skills

·         Experience using Microsoft Office products
