*They employ staff from all over the world to provide support in all European languages.

*They are currently looking for Fluent German and English speakers to join the multicultural Customer Service team in Budapest.

Daily duties:

 

*Handle queries from commercial clients.

*Teamwork in order to get speedy solution to problems.

*Understand all customers’ queries and respond in a professional and friendly manner.

*Prioritise issues in order to maintain quality of service.

*Contribute to maintain sales targets.

 

Requirements:

 

*Fluency in English and German

*Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal

*Be extremely client friendly

*Strong team Player
