Your main responsibilities will be*:

-  Business Planning, based on financial planning;

-  cash flow forecasting in order to model Eternity’s future financial liquidity over a specific timeframe;

-  working on Strategic Cost Accounting, which helps to create a competitive edge for company;

-  working with Bank Reconciliation;

-  preparing a monthly / weekly management account for the directors;

-   working with the monthly P&L;

-   monitoring costs and sales value;  working out GP & NP;

-  other Accounting & Financial Strategic related activities, Strategic analysis duties and tasks that may be asked of you in relation to the business.

You will however together with your mentor establish your own goals and projects

 

*We are not expecting you to be able to carry out all the duties but will move candidates towards their natural ability but at the same time we are looking for candidates who have a self development orientation, who have the ability to continuously improve and learn new skills, and increase their personal capability. With management teaching, instruction, ongoing training and mentoring from the company we will maximize your experience with the company

 

 

If You will HAVE:

• a degree in an adequate area (Business Studies, Accounting, Finance, Management Studies, Business Activities, etc.);
• fluent English language knowledge;
• friendly relationship with MS Office programs (Word, Excell, PowerPoint, Outlook) and accounting software (QuickBooks or other) and ability to learn new software quickly;

·          general understanding of the fashion clothing industry;

·          excellent organization skills and ability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines;

• capability of multi-tasking and dealing with more than one role at a time;

·          ability to categories and record valuable information;

• a self motivated hand on proactive approach when dealing with clients and supplier;

• ability to prioritize your workload and following the company culture of going beyond what’s expected;

• capability of working individually and as part of a team;
• strategic and innovative thinking and fresh creative opinion.
